This tribute of accidental asphyxia (aka Choking / Pass Out or Fainting Game) victims has been created through victim's families.   Many adolescent
    self asphyxiation deaths go unreported as Choking Game instead they are incorrectly ruled by Medical Examiners and grieved by families as suicide.  
    Experts state as many as 1/3 of  adolescent deaths determined to be suicide are in fact Self Asphyxiation Practices gone wrong.

"Sarah lived for the moment, she was positive,
respectful, energetic and was not afraid to try
anything. She was competitive, stubborn and never
met a stranger. Sarah was loved by everyone who
